The short answer

Media Gallery combines stock sources and uploaded assets so they can be reused across pages. Keep original files and confirm an asset is unused before deleting it.

Availability: Available to accounts with Website Builder access. Some tools depend on the selected plan, site role or connected service.

Step-by-step

  1. Open Media Gallery

    Choose Media Gallery and use All, Stock, Unsplash or Your Images to narrow the library.

  2. Find or upload an image

    Search Unsplash or choose Upload Images for files you are authorized to use.

  3. Use the asset

    Select the image for a widget or copy its URL when a supported field requires it. Add descriptive alternative text in the widget.

  4. Use AI Edit only when appropriate

    Review the generated result carefully and ensure it still represents the business accurately.

  5. Clean up cautiously

    Refresh the gallery and remove unused images only after checking all pages, blog posts and popups.
