Step-by-step
-
Review speaker-separated source
Open Transcript to review timestamped Speaker A/B rows. Generic labels and unknown roles are intentional until a person confirms or corrects them.
-
Verify every AI insight
Insights can include a summary, action items, questions, objections, commitments, sentiment changes and a suggested outcome. Each AI-generated item is labeled and its evidence control jumps to the supporting speaker timestamp and audio position.
-
Search and navigate transcripts
Use transcript search for bounded account results. Select a result to open its conversation, focus the matching segment and jump the audio to that timestamp.
-
Correct by creating a revision
Edit speaker label, confirmed role or transcript text in Corrections. Saving creates a new revision; the original source and previous revisions remain unchanged.
-
Confirm CRM notes explicitly
Prepare and correct a CRM note suggestion, compare its exact text, then confirm only if it belongs on the tenant-owned contact. Suggesting, correcting or dismissing alone makes no CRM change.
-
Review translation beside the original
For supported inbound messages, keep Original and Translation visible together. Review detected language and confidence, choose a language when confidence is low, and use correction/history when needed.
-
Manage multilingual templates
Keep canonical content, generate an AI draft only when the provider is available, make a human correction, review version history and explicitly approve it. Only approved variants can populate the composer.
-
Send only after review
Translation and template actions only place text in the existing composer. They never send automatically; owned sender, mailbox and consent checks still apply when you press Send.
