A successful connection test does not prove the public checkout works. Complete a test booking and verify it in both systems.

Connect test credentials
Use Stripe test keys or a PayPal sandbox application. Do not mix sandbox and live credentials.

Create a test service
Use an obvious test name, small test amount and intended currency and payment behavior.

Complete public checkout
Open the service link privately and use the provider’s documented test payment method.

Verify both records
Confirm the booking payment status and match it to the provider sandbox transaction.

Switch deliberately to live
Replace every test credential with its live equivalent, retest the connection and run one controlled live transaction.
