What is included in an OSMobile USA plan?

Each plan includes its stated cellular data allowance, incoming and outgoing calling, SMS and voicemail for a compatible unlocked phone. Calling and messaging are subject to the plan and service setup; these are not unlimited calling or texting plans.

Do I need a separate app to make calls?

Once your mobile voice service is provisioned on a supported phone, use the phone’s built-in dialer and supported messaging features. Your OfficeSpaces phone dashboard manages your order, activation instructions, billing and support.

Can I bring my own iPhone or Android?

Yes, if it is carrier unlocked and compatible with the mobile service. Choose eSIM if your specific model supports it, or request a physical SIM. eSIM support alone does not guarantee network or voice compatibility; check your device before ordering.

How does eSIM or physical SIM activation work?

Build your package on this page, create an account or sign in, and complete secure checkout here. Your choices are saved while you sign in. Then follow your private dashboard activation instructions. eSIM details are released when provisioning is ready. Physical SIMs and purchased phones require staff-arranged shipment and activation. Activation is not necessarily immediate.

Can I choose my US phone number?

New orders use automatic assignment. A US mobile number will be assigned during activation and displayed in your dashboard after we confirm it belongs to your SIM. Specific numbers and area codes cannot be selected at checkout. Existing number requests remain in staff review unless you accept automatic assignment.

When does billing start and what do I pay?

Monthly service billing begins at checkout, including while shipment, number review or activation is pending. Pay the first month plus the displayed one-time activation fee and any selected phone charge. Review the final payment total in secure checkout. All prices on this page are in US dollars.

Can I buy a phone with my plan?

Yes. A new iPhone 14 128 GB is $375 with eSIM, or a new Galaxy S20 FE (5G) 128 GB is $210 with a physical nano-SIM. These are one-time device prices and phones are sold only with an OSMobile package. Images show the model; available color may vary. Enter your US shipping address in secure checkout on this page.

How do I manage my line or get help?

Open USA Mobile in your phone dashboard to view service status, data usage, activation instructions and order progress, or request help with a lost phone, replacement or cancellation. Contact info@officespaces.co for help before ordering if you are unsure about compatibility or coverage.
