Form Builder combines field design, appearance, delivery and integrations. Start with the smallest useful set of fields and test the complete submission flow.

Step-by-step

  1. Add Form Builder

    Place the Form Builder widget on the page and open its configuration.

  2. Build the fields

    Use Fields to add text, email, textarea, number, telephone, URL, date/time, dropdown, radio, checkbox, file or other required inputs.

  3. Set requirements and labels

    Give every field a clear label, mark only genuinely required fields and add suitable validation.

  4. Choose styling

    Use Styling to select Modern, Classic, Minimal or Colorful and choose Vertical, Horizontal or Grid layout.

  5. Preview and submit a test

    Test keyboard access, mobile layout, validation, success message and the resulting submission record.
