Step-by-step

  1. Open Automation

    Find Marketing Automation with AI and choose Open Automation.

  2. Create and name the rule

    Use a descriptive internal name and keep the rule disabled while configuring it.

  3. Choose trigger and action

    Select the event that starts the rule and the intended response, including a configured popup when appropriate.

  4. Set audience and page targeting

    Limit the rule to the pages and visitors for whom the action is relevant.

  5. Preview, enable and publish

    Preview the conditions, enable the rule, publish the site and test the live behavior in a clean browser session.
