Popups can support lead capture or important announcements when they have clear content, controlled frequency and an obvious close action.

Availability: Available to accounts with Website Builder access. Some tools depend on the selected plan, site role or connected service.

Step-by-step

  1. Open Manage Popups

    Find Popups & Modals and choose Manage Popups, then select New popup or Build with AI.

  2. Build the content

    Use Heading, Text, Image, Button, Form or trusted HTML blocks and keep the message focused.

  3. Set the trigger

    Choose delay, load, scroll, exit intent or CSS selector click and test the condition.

  4. Configure frequency and targeting

    Choose once per session, once per visitor or always, then select the intended pages.

  5. Design, preview and save

    Set width, position, radius, colors and close behavior, then Preview and Save before publishing.
