The short answer

Quick Automations provides guided templates for common outcomes. Use these when a fixed lead or booking flow fits the process and a custom graph is unnecessary.

Step-by-step

  1. Choose Lead Capture and Follow-up

Select an owned form, configure customer and owner emails, save, validate, dry-run and activate the template.

  2. Choose Booking Confirmation and Reminder

Select an owned service, configure confirmation email and reminder channel, recipient, timing, content and owned sending number when SMS is used.

  3. Review validation states

Each enabled step must be ready. Resolve missing forms, services, recipients, provider configuration or phone-number ownership before activation.

  4. Review execution history

Use the template history and booking job queue to inspect scheduled work, attempts, outcomes and sanitized errors.

  5. Pause safely

Pause a template when it should stop handling new events. Booking pause also cancels queued reminder work for that automation.
