The short answer

Logic nodes control when downstream steps run. Conditions evaluate approved event or contact fields, while delays schedule the next connected node for a later time.

Step-by-step

  1. Add a Condition node

    Select a supported field, operator and typed value in the inspector. Arbitrary JavaScript and executable expressions are not supported.

  2. Connect both outcomes

    Use the TRUE port for matching records and the FALSE port for non-matching records. Labelled connector lines make each path visible.

  3. Add a Delay node

    Enter a delay from 1 to 43,200 minutes and connect its output to the action that should run later.

  4. Validate reachability

    Confirm every branch ends in a reachable node and that no connector points back to an earlier step.

  5. Test with representative data

    Use dry run for graph validation, then use controlled live data only after reviewing capability and recipient settings.
