The short answer

Business widgets connect a page to forms, bookings, locations, products or customer actions. Most require more configuration than a text or image widget.

Availability: Available to accounts with Website Builder access. Some tools depend on the selected plan, site role or connected service.

Step-by-step

  1. Choose the business outcome

Select Form Builder for inquiries, Appointment Booking for scheduling, Google Maps for location context, or ecommerce widgets for selling.

  2. Add the widget

Place it in a suitable section and open its settings rather than publishing the default state.

  3. Complete required configuration

Connect the relevant form, service, location, product or store and review any account requirements shown.

  4. Test the full flow

Use Preview to complete a test submission, booking, map action or storefront action.

  5. Verify the result

Confirm that the expected record, email, booking or cart update appears in the appropriate workspace.
